Site Rules

Arrival Time: Touring Caravans from 12:30 – 8.30pm Glamping Pods 4.00pm – 8.30pm. Late arrivals must contact us to arrange a greeting service.

Departure Time: Tourers 12 noon, Glamping Pods 10:30am. If you would like to fish on your day of departure, a later departure time may be agreed in advance.

Vehicles: Must be parked in the area next to your pitch. All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. Janson Fishery cannot be held responsible for any accidents or theft while left on site. All visitors cars are to be left in the car park. No vehicle movements between 11:00pm & 7:00am, if returning after this time, please leave car in car park.

Pricing: Our prices include electric hook-up (where applicable), awning, water and use of the chemical waste disposal point.

Payment: All payments are to be made in full prior to arrival. No refunds are given for early departure or on deposits paid.

BBQ’s: Barbeques are allowed provided that they are contained and are located a safe distance from your unit and raised 18” above the ground. No disposable BBQ are permitted.  During drought conditions, only Gas BBQ’s will be allowed). NO FIRE PITS ALLOWED.

Fires: Open fires are strictly banned and not permitted anywhere on site.

Children: We are an ADULTS ONLY site, now children are not permitted on the caravan park (including visitors children), if you have children visiting please arrange to meet them off site or at our Cafe/Bar area.

Visitors: There is a charge for all visitors of £5.00/person. Please inform us if you are expecting visitors and limit the number of guests to two per unit, all visitors must depart by 9.00pm.

Noise: We are a quiet site, please respect your neighbours and keep music and noise to an acceptable level. We have a strict no noise after 11:00pm policy.

Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcomed on the caravan park, but must be kept on leads at all times, dogs are not allowed on the main commercial day ticket fishery. You are able to walk dogs around the lakes after 4:00pm. No dogs are allowed to be walked around the Specimen Lake at any time.  Please ensure that you clean up after them. Our dog walk is available for your use, during the Summer the ground may crack, please be aware that you use this area at your own risk and we cannot accept any liability for any damage/injury caused.
