I booked this for 3 Days, for my partner's 60th Birthday as he loves fishing 🎣. Lovely clean site, the Glamping Pod had everything you needed. Spotlessly clean. We loved our stay and would highly recommend booking a glamping pod at Janson Fishery. Linda greeted us every morning whilst we was fishing. We loved the place. Had a drive out to the Durham OX for food, the food was amazing. Place was warm and cosy, helpful staff. Went to the Weather spoons pub, food we had a takeaway from the Kitchen Village next to the pub, Food was amazing too. Thanks Linda and Jeff, hope to see you next year. Debra and Steve x
Just had a great week here with my autistic son (19) and lovely wife (somewhat older) the shower's and toilets are excellent lovely hot water and very clean the site is very well laid out with big level pitches the fishing was great to especially for my son who can get a little frustrated if he's not catching fish but he had no trouble here fishing all day and into the evening very good tackle shop and cafe as well all the staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely be returning to this great site
What a lovely place. Greeted on arrival by Linda and later, Jeff. They’ve done a great job here. Our caravan pitch next to the lake is perfectly level and easily accessed. The lake is full of fish of various types.
We stayed in one of the beautiful pods for a few days. This beautiful place is a break from the normal and the owners are so caring. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay relax and fish.
